Hello there!! My name is Leslie Vosters and I am excited to be a 3rd grade teacher at King Elementary! This will be my 12th year as a teacher and I am thrilled to be working with the wonderful 3rd grade teachers and students at King this year! 

I earned my bachelors degree from Western Michigan University (GO BRONCOS!) and my masters degree from Eastern Michigan University (in Curriculum and Instruction). I’ve taught in Holland, MI, New Bern, NC, and in Ann Arbor! While in North Carolina, I was recognized by the Board of Education for my reflective practices and have worked on various teams in North Carolina and in Michigan to help improve education throughout the district at all grade levels. I am passionate about teaching and education! I believe that every child is capable of doing amazing things! I will provide my students with a safe and caring classroom where I will nurture their ideas as they explore and challenge their thinking.

A little about me, :-) I am married to my amazing husband, Dave, and we live in Saline, MI. When I’m not at school, I enjoy spending time with Dave and our two dogs, Teddy and Aspen. We love to visit our families, watch Tigers baseball and U of M football (GO BLUE!), try new restaurants, and travel! I love reading, shopping, and a good cup of coffee! :-)
